Meet Dr. Nicholas Bournias

Native to Romeo, MI, Dr. Nick Bournias graduated with honors from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1990. He completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital of Detroit in 1994.

Dr. Bournias is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Board Examiner for the State of Michigan. Practicing full scope of oral surgery including pediatric trauma, orthognathic surgery, trauma as well as surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

He is also a member of numerous local, national, as well as international professional organizations. Dr. Bournias is the director of the Cleft Palate Clinic at Hurley Hospital in Flint, MI., and he is on staff at St. John Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Michigan, and Hurley Hospital in Flint, MI.
